This $238 Million project consisted of a 983,000 square foot state-of-the art medical and environmental research and office complex that provides new research and administrative space (including an auditorium, conference center, library, and cafeteria) for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The facility consists of four research module wings connected by an atrium spine to an administration building and two free standing parking structures totaling an additional 276,000 square feet. Construction of this facility included the evaluation, purchase, and installation of all clean air and environmental control equipment.
