The $55 Million US Federal Court House is is a six story 336,000 square foot architecturally monumental building housing the United States District Court. The structural steel frame is clad in a striking masonry and stone façade, with glass curtain wall and high security glazing. The interior finishes include marble clad walls, extensive terrazzo flooring, custom mill work and special lighting and security systems. The project included two levels of secured below grade parking and an attractive street scape designed to enhance perimeter security.
