The Victor Building, located in Washington D.C.’s historic Penn Quarter, is a LEED Gold certified, class-A mixed-use complex with a combined total of 347,000 square feet of office and retail space. Construction of the $29M project comprised of exterior and interior facade bracing, partial demolition, and sheeting, shoring and underpinning for an historic office building. In addition, the project consisted of a four story below grade parking structure, and additional new office space structure that was integrated with the historic building. This building now serves as the headquarters for the Smithsonian Institute.
