This $15 million 202 unit residential building was developed by the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County as a 397,000-square-foot, 202-unit residential project. The project included three buildings in a courtyard arrangement. Each wood-frame four-story building sits atop a two-story concrete below-grade parking structure. Each of the one or two bedroom units features either a walkout balcony or an enclosed solarium. The skin is brick with cast stone accent bands on the first level, and EIFS and punch windows on the upper levels. Development amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor exercise facility, clubhouse area, a playground and a basketball court.
