Clark J. Bottner – Cofounder & CEO Mr. Bottner has been involved for over 35 years in the acquisition and development, contracting and delivery of projects. He has managed and lead teams utilizing the Design/Build methodology. Mr. Bottner brings his experience with construction operations, creative design solutions, innovative project financing to various clients around the globe. Projects have been with both public and private clients and include retail, commercial, residential, marine and infrastructure projects. These include a multi-billion dollar international resort development and complex public private partnership projects. Mr. Bottner’s experiences span all stages of a project, from initial conception and project entitlements through construction, property management, and exit.

David M. Campbell – Cofounder & President David M. Campbell has been involved for over 25 years in development, contracting and real estate. Mr. Campbell is an entrepreneur who has headed many partnerships and worked in project-related operations spanning design, financing, on-site planning and supervision through strategic development ventures. Projects have ranged from hurricane-damage related, consulting contracts to a multi-year, $200 million project and have included a stadium, marina, convention centers, military facilities, a performing arts center, office buildings, land development, retail and mixed use, government facilities, apartment buildings, a federal courthouse, and condominiums. Mr. Campbell’s experiences span all stages of a project, from initial conception acquisition and project development through procurement to construction, including financial and real estate analysis.

Jeffery Boyd – Principal Partner With a span of more than 30 years, Mr. Boyd has real estate, construction and marina operation experience to include design, construction, and management of Mega Yacht Marinas, as well as support profit centers such as upland development, shipyards, resorts, restaurants, and retail. He has spearheaded some of the largest marina projects in the world including Princess Yacht Club – Port de Plaisance; the Yacht Club at Isle de Sol; the Yacht Club at Porto Cupecoy and Portofino Marina in St. Maarten. Mr. Boyd’s prior experience includes being a founding principal of Island Global Yachting (IGY) where he was responsible for all operations of all facilities throughout the Caribbean, North America, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East. Through his involvement with the company, he developed and operated Yacht Haven Grand and American Yacht Harbor. He is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows on the topics of Customer Service, Marina Management and Development focusing on life cycle, operations and marketing of new marina facilities. Mr. Boyd is active in the communities in which he works and has served seven terms as the President of the St. Maarten Marine Trades Association and was instrumental in helping foster and champion what is now known as the “Mega Yacht Capital of the Caribbean.”
